Founded in 2011 SPM has a core team that is specifically experienced in commercial (offices and industrial buildings) building market in Turkey with its complexity and peculiarities.

We listen to you and understand your priorities and your preferences, we make sure you have visibility from day one about the cost and schedule so that achievable targets are defined. The continuity of an experienced project management team overseeing the whole process results in the successful “translation” of your goals and requirements into the new space. We believe stakeholder engagement is one of the key aspects to successful delivery of the project.
We become the single point of contact for you and manage all the sub-consultants and contractors. Our project management team is able to fully control a project in its following phases:

- Construction management (Procurement and Quality control)

Fundamentally our approach is to provide project management services to enable our clients to deliver their intentions to their maximum potential. However experienced or knowledgeable we may be in this particular field, we approach every project afresh. We are aware that there are always new and unique challenges to a project. We act proactively in generating a continuous flow of ideas, options, methodologies and regroup if required according to these challenges - we act as your solution partner.
Making sure the design is buildable, durable, easy to use and maintain, correct value for your money is part of our scope. We lead you through value engineering process when required to make sure the main targets are achieved in terms of budget without compromising the initial idea / principles.
We believe the only way to achieve the common goal is through open and direct communication. We point out the risks and pain points of the project, their impact and come up with proposals to mitigate them. We make sure you always have the visibility on the bigger picture and understand the impact of your decisions - it is a collaborative live process. Our methodology is based on an evolving approach that monitors our initial definitions and re-evaluates them if need be balancing the initial aspirations with the realities of a building project.

YASEMİN CENNET SÜNBÜL

Yasemin is a Senior Project Manager in SPM Project Management service line, based in Istanbul, Turkey. Yasemin is an Architect by background and holds a Masters Degree in Architectural Engineering from Delft University of Technology and has since gained strong experience in Project Management, Design Management, Change Management. Yasemin became a member of RICS in 2017.

Gokhan is a Senior Project Director in SPM Project Management service line, based in Istanbul, Turkey. Gokhan is a Civil Engineer by background and holds a Masters Degree in Construction Management from California State University, Long Beach and has since gained strong experience in both Programme and Project Management.

Onur is a Senior Project Manager in SPM Project Management service line, based in Istanbul, Turkey. Onur is a Civil Engineer by background and holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Istanbul Technical University and has since gained strong experience in both Programme and Project Management.
